Ciara is lured away from the crowd at the carnival by Kyle, a stranger. At the same time, Hope tells Justin how much she loves Ciara and how protective she is of her. While Bo, Hope, and Justin share drinks at the Brady Pub, Bo suddenly has another vision of finding Ciara's teddy bear in the woods. At the same time, Ciara is pulled through the forest clearing by Kyle and drops her teddy bear. Rafe overhears Nicole on the phone with Dr. Baker and starts looking into Baker. Rafe believes if he's the same doctor who delivered Sami's baby, he may discover what Nicole's connection in all of this might be. He learns that Dr. Baker appears to have fallen off the face of the earth. Nicole returns to Stefano telling him she needs $100k to pay off Dr. Baker to keep quiet about the baby switch. Stefano eventually relents, but says this will be the final time they deal with Dr. Baker. EJ is shell-shocked off hearing Sami and Rafe broke up, and goes to Grace's gravestone. Lexie shows up and overhears EJ talking about Sami and asks him if he's still in love with her. EJ confesses his torn feelings with his sister. Later, EJ returns to an upset Nicole, who thinks he went to see Sami. EJ pushes his feelings for Sami aside and commits to Nicole. Stefano, meanwhile, makes a mysterious call telling someone he has an assignment for them.
