EJ and Brady have a major confrontation and Nicole interrupts it before punches are thrown. EJ crosses with Victor who hints that Stefano may be the next victim in the DiMera and Kiriakis war. Meanwhile, Brady finally realizes while talking to Nicole that he can no longer split his loyalties. He reassures Victor that his loyalties are with the family. Stefano goes to the hospital where Lexie tests him for poisoning. After EJ has joined his father at his bedside, Lexie informs Stefano and EJ that father hasn't been poisoned, but something is terribly wrong. Mia goes to visit Will, and hopefully Grace, after being reassured by Dr. Baker that she isn't a horrible person. Mia connects with Grace. Rafe is about to board the plane for New York. Sami tries to convince him to stay in Salem as Rafe tells her why he won't.
