Dr. Baker lies lifeless at the bottom of the DiMera mansion stairs. Nicole almost leaves Dr. Baker to die, but Mary enters. After the paramedics rush Dr. Baker to the hospital, Nicole anxiously awaits news of his fate. She is hopeful he will be incapacitated, but alas, he reveals that he remembers all and accuses her of trying to kill him. Victor strikes a deal with EJ and takes him to see his father. After being tossed in a room by Victor's men, EJ is left alone in darkness where he makes out a shrouded body on a cot. EJ fears Stefano is already dead Stephanie learns more details about Philip and Victor's plan against the DiMeras and says she trusts Philip to do the right thing. Philip asks Stephanie to move into the Kiriakis mansion, and she accepts. They move into the terrace where Philip's had it beautifully and romantically decorated with the help of the Kiriakis gardener, Owen. Stephanie is overwhelmed with love as Philip proposes marriage. Sami and Rafe's lovemaking is interrupted by an overzealous park ranger. After getting off the hook, they continue their date at home, where they are surprised to find Will with baby Grace. Sami's kids make a night of love making impossible, but the romance quotient remains high. Sami is touched that Rafe puts her kids first. Mia meets Maggie and talks to her a bit about her life circumstances. Will also talks to Maggie and realizes he's judged Mia hastily over her stint in rehab. He leaves Mia a message, hoping they can talk things through.
