John refuses to leave town without Marlena, despite Charlotte's insistence that leaving is the only way he can rebuild his life. Marlena, meanwhile, confides her concerns about Charlotte to Kayla, who recommends Marlena talk to the shrink. Brady is still at Charlotte's computer, watching the tape of John getting some memories back when Charlotte starts to enter her office. Before she spots him, Marlena enters to talk with her. Marlena sees Brady and panics, and tries to ensure Charlotte doesn't see him. Charlotte becomes angry when Marlena questions her treatment of John. Kayla interrupts the angry confrontation and insists they all go to her office. When they leave, Brady escapes. Charlotte doesn't want to talk about this any further, insisting Marlena has no business asking Charlotte about John. Kayla recommends to John that he fire Charlotte. Meanwhile, when she returns to her office, Charlotte realizes someone broke into her laptop and saw John's session. Marlena returns home and Brady tells her he e-mailed John's hypnotherapy session. He shows her some of the session in which John remembers Marlena. Tony asks Nicole to introduce him to Mia. Nicole introduces Tony, but doesn't give Tony Mia's name. When he wonders what Mia is doing at the mansion, Nicole lies saying she volunteers at a youth center for pregnant teens, and bonded with Mia. Mia backs up Nicole and they hurry out. At the clinic, the ultrasound reveals that Mia is having a girl. Nicole gets emotional, seeing this baby as a replacement for the little girl she lost. Mia also gets emotional, but assures Nicole she still plans to give Nicole her baby. Dr. Baker says Mia isn't due for another week which gives Nicole time to come up with a plan to pass the baby off as hers. Meanwhile, Tony tells EJ about his encounter with Nicole and her pregnant teenage friend. Alone with Nicole, EJ demands to know why he had to find out from Tony and not her. Meanwhile, home alone, Mia doubles over in pain. Is she in labor? EJ questions Melanie about the Alternative Fuels Project. Melanie realizes he's interested in buying it from her, but refuses to sell due to her efforts of swooning Philip. After he goes, Melanie asks Maggie about him. Maggie says that she and Mickey like EJ, but never forget he's a DiMera.
