Bo, Hope, Kayla, Steve and Marlena enjoy a New Year's Eve dinner at Chez Rouge. Marlena spots Crystal and confronts her. Crystal tells her to follow the photograph of young John if she wants to find Brady then disappears. Marlena later accuses Chloe of conspiring with Crystal, but Chloe insists she's not behind Brady's disappearance. Shawn is devastated over Belle's confession and wants a divorce. He throws her out. Heartbroken, Belle heads to Marlena's house, to seek comfort from her mom. A reluctant Chloe agrees to cozy up to Shawn in exchange for Philip's help in fighting her extradition. Chloe makes bail, and she and Philip toast the New Year.
