Daniel and Chelsea are having coffee at the Java Café when Nick enters. Nick and Daniel talk about the hospital that Daniel turned entirely green. Daniel asks Nick to keep an eye on Chelsea. She needs to be watched closely for complications. EJ and Sami have dinner at Chez Rouge. Sami runs hot and cold with EJ. She confesses she misses Lucas. EJ says he's forgiven Lucas for shooting him and he hopes Samantha has forgiven him for his past mistakes. Philip enters Chez Rouge with Nicole. Nicole introduces herself to EJ and tells Sami she's back in Salem to stay. Marlena's working late, when John shows up. He wants her to "shrink him". He convinces her to put him under hypnosis to see if he can remember his past. John doesn't remember and Marlena officially gives up trying. John wants her to learn to love him as he is now.
