Bo's barely hanging on. Everyone has been called to the hospital to say their goodbyes. Daniel doesn't want to perform the experimental surgery on Bo, but Kayla persists and he finally gives in. Kayla oversees the donor testing. Everyone agrees to give blood and be tested immediately. Victor and John meet up at the hospital. John tells Victor he's going to control all of the traffic on the river, including what is loaded and unloaded on the docks.
