Andre races onto the news station rooftop with Hope as his hostage. After a tense standoff, Bo fires a shot at Andre, who falls off the roof. Bo saves Hope, but their relief is short-lived when they find out Andre has survived the fall. Lucas is hurt when he sees Sami and EJ in an intimate moment and exits without making his presence known. Meanwhile, Sami blasts EJ and restates her love for Lucas. EJ goes to Stefano and says he intends to woo Sami away from Lucas. But he needs Stefano's help. Lucas and Sami get into it about her planned marriage to EJ. Sami is stunned when Will shows up and asks if she is really divorcing his dad. Adrienne hires Max to bartend at the Cheatin' Heart. He bumps into Stephanie and Chelsea, who tell him about their “win-a-date” auction. They're going to offer free beer, free pizza, and a football game on a big screen TV in order to attract the bachelors. Things are chilly between Max and Steph until Chelsea tells Max that Stephanie is trying to put Jeremy behind her. When Stephanie learns Steve has been arrested, Max offers to drive her to the police station.
