Max and John are about to fight when Stephanie runs in. Stephanie leads Max off. Ava approaches John and the two of them talk. John invites Ava to dinner, but Ava doesn't think that's a good idea. EJ freaks as Sami, Lucas and Allie are escorted home by the police. A determined Lucas decides he's got to learn all he can about security systems and his ankle bracelet. Nicole tells EJ she knows his annulment is valid and he's lying to Sami about it. Chloe has her bags packed and is moving out of the Kiriakis mansion. She tells Philip he will see her later. Victor explodes and tells Philip he forbids it. He warns that Chloe could do a lot of damage, especially if she found out he planted cocaine in John's shipment. Lexie confides in Daniel about Theo and the problems he's having at pre-school. She and his pediatrician feel Theo should be evaluated by a specialist but Abe is fighting it. Daniel admits to Chelsea it's time he made a major change in his life. He's got life issues to work on and was seeing another woman. Chelsea admits she's hurt but she wishes him luck.
