Ava is with John, so happy he destroyed the lab and that disk. They toast to their future and to letting go of the past. EJ comes home to find the cozy twosome. EJ has a proposal for John. Stephanie gives Caroline the goodbye letter Max left for her. Caroline reads it and ends up in tears. She understands but she will be happy when Max is home safe and sound. Stephanie tells her friends she's leaving for Europe. She wants to go help Max in his quest to find his sister. She says goodbye to Chelsea and Morgan and promises to keep in touch. Bo has left the digi-recorder with the evidence against Philip with Victor. Bo needs to speak to Philip alone. Bo tells Philip about the recording. Bo heard Philip's voice threatening to kill Paul. Philip says he did not murder Paul. Later Kate is with Victor and sees the recorder. She hits play and hears Philip's threat as well. She then destroys the tape. Roman and Marlena discuss Sami's problems with Lucas and EJ.
