In the E.R., the families wait for their loved ones to return. Shawn, Belle and Claire are the first to arrive. Philip and Chloe arrive and Victor gives her a cold stare. Marlena and John come in. Steve is brought in on a gurney with Kayla at his side. Bo and Hope are next. Bo is on a gurney and being given oxygen. Hope tells Caroline that Bo is sick but not to worry. Suddenly a body bag is wheeled in and everyone gathers around and explains how Grandpa Shawn died to save Bo's life. Bo is in the ICU and Lexie is ordering a series of tests. Hope, Chelsea and Victor are there, all very concerned about Bo's health. Kayla is examined by an OB/GYN who gives her meds for the cramping. The doctor warns Kayla to avoid all stress for the sake of her baby. Meanwhile, Steve tells Stephanie her mom is having a baby.
