Stefano continues to blame Marlena for putting him in a catatonic state. Tony and EJ doubt Marlena could ever do anything malicious to Stefano. Sami threatens Stefano and is ready to physically attack but EJ pulls her back. Stefano goes off on Marlena and the hell she has put him through. Anna finds John at St. Luke's and tells him Stefano is awake. They take off to find Marlena. John breaks in to Marlena's penthouse and they find her on the floor, not breathing. John starts CPR and Marlena finally starts to breathe. She is rushed to the hospital by ambulance. Stefano tells Tony their family was attacked and he intends to make them all pay. He warns Tony he'd better decide whose side he's on, right now.
