Chelsea is re-admitted to the hospital with a high fever. Daniel fears she may have a post-operative infection. Chelsea has a fantasy about kissing Daniel. Meanwhile, Daniel tells Lexie that Chelsea may be dying because of him. Ava is furious and wants Steve, Bo, Hope and Kayla killed. Angelo tells Ava they better re-think their plan. Ava decides that everyone will stay put until the baby is born. She will keep the baby as repayment for what they've done. Sami refuses to allow EJ to spend time with the twins if he continues to represent Nicole. EJ accuses her of being jealous of Nicole. Sami denies this and storms out, leaving EJ smiling.
