Sami tells Philip she won't take the blame for Lucas shooting EJ and storms out. Back at Sami's apartment, a worried EJ asks her to fight with him against his father and she agrees. Belle hits the roof when she finds Chloe bonding with Shawn and Claire. She accuses Chloe of being involved with her brother's disappearance. Chloe reveals Philip arranged for her legal counsel and bail. Belle later accuses Philip of playing games with her and ultimately says she can't trust him. Shawn and Chloe have an enjoyable evening at the Brady pub. Shawn questions Chloe about receiving Philip's help, but is satisfied that she is on the level.
