Roman calls a technician to gain access to the security cameras on the seventh floor. It's the only way they can see what's going on up there. Tony almost knocks John out with a wrench, after seeing a hallucination of Stefano. John hears Stefano's voice over the intercom, telling his pawn it is time to reboot. John tells Stefano, he is not his pawn. John picks up the wrench and smashes the intercom. Sami hallucinates and trips EJ, thinking he is Stefano. He falls down the hospital stairwell. Sami rushes to EJ and pleads with him to wake up. She tells him she truly cares about him and misses him. EJ wakes up and asks if she meant what she said. Sami can no longer deny that she still has feelings for him. Sami and EJ make out in the stairwell. Nicole sees it all on the security cameras and is devastated. Kayla passes out from the vapors as Steve does his best to get them out of the locked room. Steve eventually passes out as well. When Steve and Kayla wake up they discover baby Joe is gone!
