Stefano's intention is to stay over international waters until the stem cell surgery is completed during the flight. In the jet, Dr. Rolf prepares an unconscious Sami for surgery while Stefano bemoans the fact that he needs the babies' stem cells now and has to sacrifice the babies. John sets up a sting with Bo and Lexie. They send Andre a message from "Stefano" asking him to meet with Lexie. The plan is for Bo's men to pounce on Andre when he arrives and capture him. Chelsea turns down Nick's impromptu proposal and stalks off. Later, Nick comes over with his "fiancée," China Lee, a girl he just met at the bar. He announces they're going to get married tonight!
