Gabi Hernandez played by Camila Banus

When Gabi Hernandez first arrived in Salem, she showed a great deal of concern for her sister Arianna and the way she was conducting herself and her business. Gabi was horrified when she thought Arianna was dealing drugs again and told their brother Rafe.

Gabi had a flirtation with one of Salem's other teens, Chad, but was dismayed to learn he had a child with Mia. Mia continued to complicate things between Gabi and Chad, which pushed them apart. Gabi began a relationship with Will. During this time, Gabi and the rest of the Hernandez family's lives were rocked when Arianna was run down by a motorist and killed. The tragic news brought Gabi closer to her older brother.

Gabi has always staunchly supported Rafe being with Sami, even standing by his side when he exchanged vows with her in a beautiful wedding ceremony.

Camila Banus plays Gabi Hernandez

Camila Banus was born July 22, 1990 in Miami Beach, Florida. Since she can remember, she has been entertaining friends and family members with her acting and dancing abilities.

Banus worked most of her life in Miami, Florida in national commercials and Spanish television shows. She also has trained many years in dance.

Banus got her first taste of daytime TV in 2008 while working as Lola on "One Life to Live." She then worked on an ABC pilot called "See Kate Run" and Disney XD's "I'm in the Band" and "Zeke and Luther."

Banus is currently working as Gabriella Hernandez on NBC'S "Days Of our Lives."
