Tanee McCall  (STACEY)

Q: What was your favorite scene to film for Coastal Dreams?
A: I loved filming down in the basement in the final chapter, because it was the only scene where all of us were together, and it was our last shot so we were already super comfortable with one another. Even though it was our intense, climactic moment, we were joking around the entire time the camera wasn't rolling.

Q: What did you think when you first met your co-stars? Good chemistry?
A: Great chemistry with everyone... except that one dude... you know, the one with the dark hair who played Christian... hmmm, I'm at a loss for his name at the moment... Well yeah anyways, me and that guy had just okay chemistry.

Q: What was the vibe on the set?
A: The vibe was always light. The director made sure of that! Mark was so cool and laid back, that there was no way to do anything, but have a great time. I just really hope that the audience can feel that energy when they watch it.

Q: Any fun/funny moments that happened during production?
A: Ken and I were trying to film our first date/first kiss moment on the beach, which can be a little uncomfortable and nerve wracking. Well, right as we were looking at each other longingly, and about to go in for the kiss, an intoxicated, no hammered, guy wheeled by on his bike screaming the Star Spangled Banner in our direction. Pretty funny when it happened, and it really helped us break some of that initial awkward tension.

Q: What did you think about your character?
A: Stacey is a girl that I would love to be friends with - she is honest, loyal, smart, and funny. Don't let the virgin thing fool you, because this girl has a spark to her.

Q: What drama and excitement would you like to see in Season Two?
A: I would love for Christian and Zoe to get together. I know that is so very scandalous, and maybe a little shady, but what can I say, they seem so perfect together. I want April and Will to rekindle their whole situation, because they are a little bit more equally matched... equally shady I should say. Stacey needs an honest man... or no man at all!

Q: How do you think online/interactive dramas are different/better from conventional television?
A: I don't know if one is "better" than the other, per se. It really just depends on the person. I personally don't care where I am watching it, just as long as it is good.

Q: What do you think is the future of interactive television?
A: Hmmm... insert smart social and technological commentary here.

Q: What do you use the internet for? [i.e. music downloads, news, myspace, etc.]
A: I download music, and I buy a lot of books online, as well, because reading is my favorite thing to do. And I actually think that I am the only person on earth, besides my parents, who doesn't have a myspace account.

Q: Tell us a little bit about your career. What projects are you working on now?
A: I am about to work on this project called "No Pilot Season = No Job." It is an independent modified low budget indie, because of the writers' strike. No, but in all seriousness, I would like to send my blessings, and prayers to all of the people and families that are being affected by the strike. I hope for the sake of all parties involved that there is a swift resolve in sight. God bless!
