I sent this to CNN.com To whom it may concern: I feel that this matter needs urgent media attention.There are literaly thousands of PS3 owners all over the world that are having problems with their PS3 not functioning properly or not functioning at all because of firmware update 3.0/3.01The update causes the PS3 console to freeze, stop reading some or all media types, and in some cases causes the YLOD (yellow light of death). My PS3 stopped reading disc last year when firmware update 2.0 came out. I had to send it off to be repaired at the cost of $150 USD. I saved my money and sent it off for repair on June 19, 2009, I got it back on June 30, 2009. It worked fine until one day we turned it on and was forced to update to firmware 3.01, after that it started freezing up, and then it just shut off and it has never worked again (it has the YLOD). The Poehler-ized Update will lead into the second season premiere of Poehler’s Parks and Recreation at 8:30 pm, followed by the return of The Office at 9, and the debut of the new comedy Community at 9:30. It sounds like the new third season of chuck is going to be filled with more heartache for Chuck and Sarah--hopefully it does not get to the point it takes away from the comedy and adventure of the show. It has been a great show but could well get to the point other entertainment outlets might be more uplifting. I would like to see a solid romantic relationship between Sarah and Chuck with more concentration on the adventure and humour. I hope the storylines are more entertaining than the spoilers indicate or I am afraid it is good by Chuck.

Young girl (age 16) saves life of boating victim

A friend of mine is a Chicago resident, Ann Schatzel. Ann was in a boating accident 2 weeks ago where she was run over by a boat and nearly lost her legs. A 16 year old girl, Katarina Fabre, jumped in the water and pulled her to safety. She then tied off the wounds with a rope and applied pressure and elevated her legs until the paramedics arrived. This girl is a lifeguard at Lincolnwood Pool. I am not a Chicago resident (I live in Atlanta) but felt that your community deserves the hear about such an amazing young lady! My friend has undergone numerous surgeries and is still in the hospital at Froedert Memorial in Milwaukee. If possible, please give this you girl recognition for her heroism! The purpose of this event is to come along side those in our community whom may be hurting and facing uncertain times resulting from the current economical crisis in our nation. As of today, the unemployment rate for North Hollywood alone is about 8% and nationwide at 10%. Not to mention the households that are living at poverty level or even worse, below. Members of our community are not able to meet their basic needs. Local food banks are at a record low. Based on this, one of our desires for this event is to give to each household attending one bag of groceries. The items selected for the bags have been chosen with the idea of subsidizing 2 – 3 meals (canned foods, pasta, pasta sauces, baby foods, etc).

As they are explaining what happened, Chuck starts to hold his head in his hands. When asked what is wrong, he says he has a bad headache. Within minutes, the headache has accelerated into excruciating pain and Chuck collapses, screaming in pain. Sarah and Casey try to help Chuck, but have no idea what to do. General: I was afraid of this. Take him to the medical room immediately. I am sending a medical team. They should be there shortly. Casey: General, we don’t know who’s behind this latest attack. Congratulations NBC on your renewal of Chuck--March is a long time to wait for the fans,but the quality of the show makes the wait well worth it. The primary strength of the show is the quality cast. I really think it would be a smart move to sign the primary cast members for a fouth full season as soon as possible. Several of the cast members will be catered to by other networks, I am sure you are aware of which cast members will be in high demand. I understand the show "Bones" on another network signed their main people for two years. Chuck is every bit as good (I consider it better) than Bones.

I have to admit that the network I watch 90% of the time is not NBC. The only show that I turn to on NBC is Chuck. My family watches it for the humor and the storylines. The variety of the characters' personality make you love each and every one of them. I tried my best not to like this show when my husband and son told me about it, but I am as addicted as they are. I bought season one on dvd so I could catch up on the episodes that I had missed. I think that it is a shame that we are only getting 13 weeks of Chuck next season.

I've read that Chuck is renewed and that's great, but don't make the programming mistake of ordering less than a full season of this ever growing hit! Let's get a full season going sooner than March 2010 too. Are you kidding me? There was a huge grassroots fan push for this series and you can't read between the lines on the potential for this show with the right backing. The demographics are incredible covering the high school, college and family crowd with ad sponsors that would eat that up. The new fall lineup without Chuck, Cmon! Two hours of the biggest loser? Please! That's a one hour show at most. Didn't you see Fox plant Fringe on Tuesday? It's not a filler day anymore. Get the extra 8 episodes of Chuck and bring it to this Fall, bring it to Tues and cut or stretch the Biggest Loser or NBC will be the winner of that disitiniction.

I have not watched a program on NBC or CBS for over 5 years, but I will be marking my calendar for the 2010 season of "Chuck". I came across Chuck on hulu.com last week and love it - can't rave enough about it!!!! I will be telling all my friends about it for sure. I can't beleive that it was almost canceled. Chuck's Back - Sort of!

By the time most of us see another episode of Chuck we'll be another year older. Bringing Chuck back in March of 2010 is ridiculous. It's like starting over again. As anybody in business knows, it's easier to retain a customer than get a new one. By the time Chuck comes back it will have lost a lot of peripheral viewers due to the length of time it will be off the air. Unless they give it a great time slot it will be adios to Chuck after these last episodes. The only reason I can see for the delay is that NBC had already made out it's fall schedule and decided to have Chuck as a fill in for a failed show. IF a show already has a failing time slot and then they plug Chuck into it the odds of Chuck doing better after being off a year is remote unless the failing show is Leno's. If it's Leno's show then NBC will have a lot of time to fill and that would be good for a Chuck renewal for a 4th season, especially if the 3rd is good despite it's limitations (the budget and characte

a little while ago my friend showed me a little show called Chuck that his brother watches (after having already watched the entire first season dvd in one day of course) i watched it, and keep watching it. not having cable and living in canada (episodes don't work from site), i still haven't seen season 2, and am waiting patiently and somewhat maniacally for the dvd to come out, rewatching season 1 again and again til that magnificent day. now my roomate and i are buying cable next fall, for the sole purpose of watching this amazing show's 3rd season. seriously, it is the BEST show i've ever seen, awesome that its got at least 13 episodes for season 3, its gotta keep going, i mean, how can you say no to such a perfect show? everyone involved with it, keep up the awesome work!

NBC I am a avid chuck fan, and I just wanted to say thank you very much for not cutting chuck from your network. I am in college and I started fencing and the practice runs until 8, then I have to eat. So the only time I can watch chuck is the next day online, but i realized u put it up at 5 am so I wait until 5am and watch it as soon as possible. I don't have any DVD's except for chuck season 1. And my second will be chuck season 2. When you guys count ratings I hope you don't skip over the online viewers because if i had time I would gladly watch chuck at 8pm on mondays, and when i do have time I do watch it. Hello, As you can see from the subject I am here to discuss two very important subjects, but I what i say in the following goes for both. I'm not sure what could be said that has not been said in the past for a person who has tried to do everything they could within their power to have their shows from being cancelled. All I can say is this, I do watch enought TV,movies,and sports. I work a simples job and I live a simple life. However, nothing in the world suprises me because I have seen and experienced every spectrum of life... When I have had a chance to watch shows I enjoyed many, but in my 33 years of life I don't think I have quite enjoyed two shows that get me thru my week like these shows. I actually don't think about just getting thru the week, but I actually get excited for Monday to come around, and then I get excited for the Wednesday, and now all of a sudden I'm waiting for the Monday to come around and I have forgotten about my work free weekends. Chuck indeed is like a modern Get mart. Actors have fabulous chemistry. It is a great show and am surprised that its removal from NBC is even being discussed. For the "suits" or anyone involved with this series at NBC, you must understand the reason the show started to lose fan base during the first half of the season, was because you made Mike Knight into the "misunderstood b/f by Sarah when there is a woman involved." Quite frankly, KR is NOT A DRAMA SHOW, but an ACTION SHOW! The character played by Justin Buering was established fromt he get-go, he is commited to Sarah, KEEP IT THAT WAY (unless you get her killed in the show, which would harm it that much more!) When the show switched to action and a reduced cast, it helped ratings and more people where watching once again. I for one returned to watching Knight Rider when I found out about the changes in mid season. For some reason, new shows on network television these days are just not given the time needed to build up a following; often it takes time for people to find them and get involved. I came up with the idea of giving Chuck a decent ending. The premier of Chuck instantly grabbed my attention, and has kept it all season. We've never missed an episode, and have watched some twice on DVR. They're great! The entire household loves it, and would really miss it if it isn't renewed next season. Hi Guys, I am new to forum but I wanted to bounce an idea off you. While I participated in the CHUCK subway campaign, I can't help but feel those sub sales don't necessarily translate into points for CHUCK. Worldwide, I can't see how a specific sale would be attributed to our support for CHUCK even if we told the store managers. My idea would be to set next weekend and Monday as a time to buy from Subway in support of CHUCK, since the renewal is not official and it may be the difference between 13 and 22 episodes. Specifically, why don't we go to subway.com and order a $3 gift card. These would signify the support for the third season and be quite affordable to the fans. The $3 card would separate our support from regular subway sales. The website sales (for a $3 card when they have a $5 footlong campaign) would be easier for Subway to track. I ask for your thoughts and help getting the word out, since we might really make a difference in these last 2 weeks. Thanks, Marc

I have tried to watch Chuck faithfully for the past two seasons. The first season was interrupted by the writers' strike. This year, I have been thrilled to watch Chuck every Monday, except those on which it is pre-empted by such quality (?!?!?) shows as Deal or No Deal. Now I learn that Chuck is not coming back next season? How can that be? It is one of the smartest, funniest, most interesting shows on television right now. It hasn't even been given a chance to prove itself for a real season. This year has been close, but, again, the random programming schedule has made it difficult for loyal fans to keep track of the show's schedule, let alone provide a consistent opportunity for new viewers to discover the show. How can NBC programmers honestly believe Chuck has gotten a fair chance to draw an audience? It seems like they decided the show was doomed before it even began. Don't cancel Chuck. This is one of two shows I watch every week and the only one from NBC. I enjoy the tension, the stories, Adam Baldwin in all his goofiness. I also watch Smallville, which you obviously don't carry and probably gets lower ratings than Chuck..but, it also has a faithful following for EIGHT seasons.. after two you are ready to can Chuck? Production costs cannot be high. Other than Adam Baldwin, no one heard of the rest of the cast before this show and now we love them.

NBC you must save Chuck. This show is one of a kind. It is the best show i have ever seen and i swear it can only get better. Me and the rest of my EXTENDED family watch this every week, and me and my friends have "Chuck Parties" every single week. This show tops heroes AND 24. 24 has gone on for way too many seasons and has gotten a bit dull, but i am sure Chuck could go longer than 24 and still have that funny/thrilling/intense factor. This show is so unique because it plays with your emotions so much. Such a show should not be canceled! This is my favorite show on TV. I watch the episodes multiples on Hulu after I watch it over the air. One of the best all around shows TV has produced. It's got it all. CHUCK has been one of the most tantalizing (if not the most intriguing) shows I have ever watched. Every Monday at 7:55 PM, I scurry to my dark and damp basement, shutting the main door and then the t.v. room door behind me. Carrying my array of snacks and drink down to my coveted entertainment hole, I smile just thinking about the unknown excitement and emotion that CHUCK brings. Chuck is a fantastic show in every aspect. I sit down every Monday night at watch it with my Mom. We have never before been fans of the same show. I am 21 and she is 50. That said Chuck is clearly a show that multiple generations can enjoy. Families sit down to watch it. Another problem following ratings today is the availability of DVR and Internet viewings. Audiences don't need to tune in at 8pm on mondays to watch it. You want to know how many people watch Chuck? Look at the massive internet response that the show has received. It's no secret that NBC is in trouble in the network run, but canceling one of your best shows would definitely not help. Chuck has an excellent story, cast, writers, directors, etc. Being a student of Film I don't only appreciate Chuck for the story, which is fantastic, but I appreciate how well it is made. How crazy these characters are, yet at the same time relateable. This is why audiences are drawn in to see what happens next. Not only what will explode

Chuck is the only program to lure me to the TV and one of the few opportunities for your advertisers to try to sell me stuff. I generally don't enjoy most of the programing on TV but Chuck combines good writing, character development, humor, action and romance, I am completely hooked. I'm eagerly awaiting the release of the 2nd season DVD's so I can buy them. Don't miss your chance to sell me stuff... keep Chuck on the air for season 3!!
