1 quart heavy cream
1 fresh vanilla bean (split and scraped)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Any fresh fruit you can find (JUST CHECK FOR MOLD!!!) I like to use raspberries, blueberries and strawberries
Combine vanilla bean, heavy cream, and vanilla extract and whisk well.
Let stand for about 4 to 6 hours in the refrigerator.
Pour the cream through a fine strainer to remove large pieces of vanilla bean.
Serve the cream on the side of the fruit and let your guests dip their fruit and enjoy.
MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR "@#$%@# RASPBERRIES" FOR MOLD!!
