
4 tbsp. heavy cream
6 oz. fine quality white chocolate, chopped
2 tsp. unsalted butter
In small saucepan bring cream to boil then remove from heat
Add chocolate, stirring until completely melted.
Add butter, stirring until a smooth consistency.
Transfer to a bowl and chill, covered for 4 hours.
Form teaspoons of mixture into balls and roll balls in cocoa powder.
Chill in a baking pan for 1 hour or until firm.
Makes 32 truffles.
Easy recipe, and anything can be added such as crushed nuts or coconut
flakes or candied ginger!!! Even Alcohol!!!
