Ali Wong
Ali Wong stars as Olivia, Chelsea's best friend since childhood, who has a healthy love life and dreams beyond Jerry's Ultimate Sports Bar in the NBC comedy "Are You There, Chelsea?" inspired by Chelsea Handler's best-selling books.
Wong, a stand-up comedian, was selected by the San Francisco Weekly as "The Best Comedian of 2009" and the San Francisco Bay Guardian awarded her "Best of the Bay," pushing her to finally depart her hometown.
Since then, Wong has performed on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," "Breaking In" and E!'s "50 Super Epic TV Moments." She can be seen in Oliver Stone's "Savages" to be released later this year. In 2010, Comedy Central listed Wong as one of seven "Comics to Watch." This year, Wong appeared in the 2011 Just for Laughs Comedy Festival in Montreal, QC, and Variety Magazine listed her as one of the "10 Comics to Watch" for 2011.
Wong currently resides in Los Angeles.
