America's Next Greatest Restauraunt

Bobby and Lorena address the remaining eight contestants on Restaurant Row. A restaurant is more than just food; the contestants need to consider layout, color scheme, and the general dining environment. That's why in this week's challenge, the contestants will work with a designer and architect to create a "pod," a mini-version of their restaurant. At the same time, they'll create a mini-menu, featuring at least five entrees and three sides for a menu board that will be featured in their pods. And finally, they'll create at least two dishes from that menu to be sampled by 300 sophisticated diners as part of Dine LA's annual Restaurant Week.
