The Yellow Designs Stunt Team consist of 4 BMX riders that have been performing together for well over 7 years.
First off is the owner of Yellow Designs, Brian Gavagan (38 yrs old) an accomplished artist and father of two daughters who has put his artistic view in too his BMX career. Brian is one of the most well rounded riders in the sport having been a competitor in numerous disciplines of the sport from dirt jumping, street riding, flatland and Vert in the past rounds he has shown both ramp and flatland skills helping the team make their dream come true and make it to the top 48.
Next is James McGraw. James is a business owner and father of three. (Two Girls one 18 yrs old and one 2 year old as well as a newborn son) James has been well known in the Flatland BMX scene for over 25 years at 41 he still strives for progression and finds the time to ride. In the previous rounds James has been seen standing backwards on his handlebars rolling across the stage as well as spinning up a storm. James has been performing with Brian and the team the longest and continues to offer another side to the yellow team that has been unmatched.
Aj Anya: At twenty five years young, Aj is one of the up and coming stars of BMX and was a fan of the yellow team for years prior to joining. Aj attended a yellow show over 9 years ago and got inspired to become a BMX rider. He has taken the spills and injuries that come with the trade and kept pushing the limits to become one of the most progressive riders in the sport today. In the previous rounds Aj has shown his tricks to be not only technical but packed with amplitude as well. His consistency and raw talent is a large part of why the yellow team has so much to offer.
Jon Chin: At twenty five years young, Jon has been a vital part of the Yellow team. He is currently attending college to become a sports therapist and is also a new father. Both Jon and James became new father's on the same day this year!! Jon is actively involved in teaching kids basic bike skills and helping kids to understand what BMX can offer. He is a well rounded ramp rider known for his flip tricks. Jon is the guy who catapulted the Yellow team through the Atlanta auditions, the well known chain breaking crash!! Jon showed his dedication by picking himself up and grabbing someone else's bike to show the judges that he is the real deal. Jon put down one of the cleanest back flip 180's (flair) after crashing in front of America. Jon is also well known in the BMX community as one of the up and coming stars of Vert riding the most dangerous discipline the sport has to offer.
