ArcAttack is a performing arts group that specializes in playing music through a combination of homemade, high-tech and traditional instruments such as guitar and bass. The main attraction of their performance is the use of two custom built "Singing Tesla Coils." The coils have a unique design that allows their sparks to create musical tones. One of ArcAttack's performers is a stunt man who interacts with manufactured lightning while wearing a chain mail suit. The group also utilizes a robot drum kit, which provides the ultra-precise backbone to their music. ArcAttack's goal on America's Got Talent is to introduce the world to what may be the most epic and dangerous musical instrument ever created; as well as to inspire both young and old not to be afraid to try something different; and show the world the powerful combination of mixing science and music.
