    Matt Wilhelm

Since age seven, Matt Wilhelm dreamed of becoming a BMX racer. But that all changed at age thirteen when a bully at a local racetrack got physical with him. Knowing he could never ride at the racetrack again, Matt modified his bike to do tricks and began riding BMX Flatland. Flatland is more underground than other forms of BMX and is similar to break dancing on a bike. Since then, Matt has won two national championships and is known as the world’s fastest spinner on a BMX bike. After graduating with honors from Millikin University, Matt now travels the country wowing crowds with his tricks and speaking at schools about bullying and perseverance.
