    Landon Swank

    Landon Swank grew up in Wasilla, Alaska, where he first fell in love with magic at age seven. He started performing magic at local events while in high school and moved to Las Vegas in 2004 to pursue his blossoming magic career. In 2005, Swank was one of two performers from the United States invited to compete in the World Magic Seminar's International Stage Competition. At age 20, he was the youngest illusionist to ever compete. Upon graduating from the University of Nevada in 2007, Swank devoted himself to his magic career where he aims to push the barriers by bringing a younger, cooler spin to a beloved craft.

    Back In Hollywood: Semi Finals

    Sorry it's been so long since the last post. The past two week has been the busiest of my life!

     

    When my name was called during the wildcard round to move onto the Semi Finals I couldn't believe it. I'm incredibly fortunate and so blessed to have another opportunity to perform on the show and wasted no time in preparing my next illusion. It was tough being kicked off after my mirror illusion but now that I'm back on set it almost seems like that happened years ago. Now it's all about my next performance on Tuesday.

     

    This new Illusion have been incredibly time consuming. I had 5 days to design and build basically the entire thing and had to ask my dad to fly to Vegas to help with all the metalwork and fabrication. Harmony has picked up all the slack in every other area of our lives and has been so incredible that it allows me to focus 100% on magic. My life is truly blessed.
