Born in New York, Wendy Liebman went to college to become a psychologist but found her true passion while taking a night school classed called "How to Be a Stand-Up Comedian." Wendy started her stand-up career in Boston and has been performing throughout the U.S. and Canada ever since. She's been featured on late night talk shows, HBO, Showtime and Comedy Central. At age 42, she got married and took her career off the fast track to help raise her husband's sons (tons of laundry!). Now that her boys are a little older, she's back on the road and headlining in clubs. After a near-death experience in 2013, Wendy realized that her dream was to make people happy through humor, and she hopes America's Got Talent will give her that chance.
