To be eligible for the Bonus Prize, entrants must participate in a live "Treasure Hunt" as detailed below (currently scheduled for approximately August 3, 2006), including traveling to the Treasure Hunt destination on the dates selected by Sponsors (as defined below) in their sole discretion. PLEASE NOTE THAT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE BONUS PRIZE, ENTRANTS MUST BE AVAILABLE TO COMPLETE ALL NECESSARY FORMS AND TRAVEL TO THE TREASURE HUNT WITH NO MORE THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE.

(collectively, the "Sponsors") Visa U.S.A., Inc and its Member financial institutions have not sponsored or offered this contest in any way. Genworth's role in the Promotion is limited to helping to fund the prizes.

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at approximately 10:00 P.M. (ET) on June 18, 2006 and ends at 1:00 PM (ET) on August 1, 2006 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter: To Enter, log onto the NBC website (www.nbc.com/treasure_hunters) (the "Site"), click on the "Genworth Financial Treasure Challenge" and follow the instructions. Register by entering your name, date of birth, mailing address, a valid daytime phone number, and a current e-mail address. During episodes of TREASURE HUNTERS (the "Show") that are aired by NBC during the Promotion Period, viewers will be invited to participate in the Promotion (check local listings for dates and times when the Show is aired). Go to the Site to navigate your way through a hunt for the weekly clue. Successful completion of each weekly segment will reveal clues designed to help entrants solve a final puzzle. You may go to the Site at any time during the Promotion Period to play. New game segments will be offered during the Promotion Period that correspond to the episode aired that week. When you have solved the final puzzle correctly and provided the other information requested, you will be entered into the Grand Prize winner random drawing.

To be eligible for the Bonus Prize, entrants must participate in a live "Treasure Hunt" currently scheduled for approximately August 11, 2006. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE IN PERSON "TREASURE HUNT" IS NOW SCHEDULED FOR APPROXIMATELY 1-DAY DURING THE WEEK OF AUGUST 13, 2006.

Mail-In Entry: To enter the Promotion without collecting online clues at the Site, send a 3x5 index card to Treasure Hunters, 100 Universal City Plaza, 1360/2, Universal City, CA 91608. Cards must be received by NBCU by August 1, 2006. The card must include your name, date of birth, complete mailing address, a valid daytime phone number, and a current e-mail address (if you have one). One entry per card. Limit of eight mail-in entries per person and household.

Conditions for Participation and Validation of Entries. Entries generated by a script, macro, robotic or other automated means will be disqualified. USE OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS TO ENTER AND/OR OTHER AUTOMATIC ENTRY METHODS (SUCH AS HACKS OR BOTS), REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify, block or discard any entries from any individual who enters by any kind of electronic, mechanical or other automated means or otherwise tampers with or hacks the entry process as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Internet, electronic or other portions of the Promotion in the event of a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or system failure or disruption, force majeure or any other causes which, in their sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Please note, by entering, you agree that if selected as a Winner, Sponsors have the right (but not the obligation) to announce your name, home city, and state, and to air your voice on-air during the Show (except where prohibited). Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost or incomplete entries, which will be disqualified.

Winner Selection and Bonus Prize Competition: On or about August 1 2006, the Administrator will select ten (10) Winners from all eligible entries in a random drawing. The Administrator's and Sponsors' decisions will be final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion. These ten Winners will be flown to a destination in the United States to compete in a final treasure hunt (the "Treasure Hunt"). If fewer than 10 Winners are available or able to travel to the Treasure Hunt or sign contest documents within the time noted below, Sponsors reserve the right to select alternate Bonus Prize Participants to compete for the Bonus Prize. Sponsor will provide each such alternate with $1,000 plus travel expenses to the Treasure Hunt as detailed below. Winners agree that they may, at NBCU's election, be filmed during the Treasure Hunt for possible exhibition on NBC.com, the NBC network or otherwise in the sole discretion of NBCU. All Winners will win the Grand Prize, but must participate in the Treasure Hunt in order to be eligible for the Bonus Prize. If no Winner participates in the Treasure Hunt, then the Bonus Prize will not be awarded. All details of the Treasure Hunt, which will be a game of skill, will be determined by Sponsors in their sole discretion. The Treasure Hunt will take place on one day (currently scheduled for approximately August 3, 2006), and will involve solving a series of puzzles that will lead entrants to various locations.

Prizes: Each of the 10 Winners will win a Grand Prize of $10,000 cash. The Winner who wins the Treasure Hunt will win the Bonus Prize of $100,000 cash. Entrants selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. For those traveling to the Treasure Hunt, the prize will include Travel from a major airport near each Winner's home to the Treasure Hunt destination in the US (coach class), hotel accommodations (single room, standard) and meals will also be provided for those Winners. If a Winner does not participate in the Treasure Hunt, the travel portion of the prize will not be awarded to such Winner, nor is such Winner eligible to win the Bonus Prize. Total prize value: $225,000

Promotion prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitutions will be permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of prize unavailability. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Due to the nature of national network broadcast television, the broadcast date and time of each episode of the Show is subject to change. In the event the Show is canceled, the Promotion will terminate as of the date of cancellation and neither the Grand Prizes not already awarded nor the Bonus Prize will be awarded. In the event the Show is cancelled or preempted after an episode of the Show is already airing, and in the event any portions of the Promotion are canceled, modified or suspended, the Grand Prize for that episode will be awarded from among those eligible entries received prior to cancellation or preemption, if any, but the Bonus Prize will not be awarded.

If a Winner cannot accept a prize as stated, or does not complete the prize documentation within seven days of receipt, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Limit one Grand Prize per household. All federal, state and local taxes and other expenses and incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Sponsors responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. In the event a Winner is deemed a minor in his/her state of residence, the prize will be awarded in the name of parent/legal guardian.

Finalist and Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by phone. Sponsors will make one attempt to contact each potential Winner at the phone number provided online or in any mail-in entry within 24 hours from the time Winner selection was accomplished on the applicable air date. If Sponsors are unable to reach a potential Winner via phone in this one attempt he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. The potential Winner (or the parent/legal guardian if Winner is a minor in his/her state of residence) will be required to execute and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity release ("Prize Documents") (where legal) within 24 HOURS of attempted notification. If the potential Winner would like to be eligible to compete for the Bonus Prize, Winner must travel to the Treasure Hunt and complete the Prize Documents with no more than 24 HOURS notice. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity release within the required time period (if required), the potential Winner (as applicable) forfeits prize even though his/her name may have been shown/announced on air. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner forfeits prize. In the event that the potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the prize to an alternate Winner (selected from among all eligible entries received), even if the disqualified potential Winner's name may have been shown/announced on air. Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received during the entry period.

General Conditions:

a. By entering, entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors and Administrator, which shall be final. Sponsors have the right to modify these rules in their sole discretion for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

b. Except where prohibited, each Winner grants to Sponsors and their advertising agencies the right to use and publish his or her full name, likeness, voice, opinions, biographical information, home city and state, including, without limitation, including such information in any broadcast of any episode of the Show, as well as in any other media in which the Show is exhibited or to promote the Show, Sponsors and/or the Promotion, without additional compensation.

c. Entrants enter at their own risk. Sponsors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, ineligible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software program, network, Internet or computer failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (vi) any printing or typographical error in any materials associated with these Official Rules or the Promotion generally. Sponsors and their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees (the "Sponsor Entities") maintain no control over the personnel, equipment or operation of any transportation company, hotel, restaurant or other person or entity furnishing services, products, or accommodations ("the suppliers") as a part of the prizes provided in connection with this Promotion. The Sponsor Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (1) by wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of the suppliers or any of their agents, servants, employees, or independent contractors, (2) by any defect in or failure of any vehicle, equipment, service, product, or accommodation that is owned, operated, furnished, or otherwise used by any of those suppliers, (3) by the wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of the Sponsor Entities, or (4) by any cause, condition, or event whatsoever beyond the control of the Sponsor Entities.

d. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release the Sponsor Entities from any such liability. The Sponsor Entities assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Promotion.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES ONLINE OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE GAME OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. SPONSORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY ENTRY NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH INABILITIES OR DELAYS.

e. Sponsors may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Promotion, if, as decided in the sole discretion of Sponsors, such person shows a disregard for these Official Rules, or acts (1) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, or Sponsors or any of their agents or representatives; or (2) in any other disruptive manner.

f. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

g. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants and Sponsors in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of California. Sponsors' and Administrator's decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the Promotion and selection of the prize Winners are final.
