JOSH IS IN WHITE HOUSE 'DOG HOUSE' WHILE COMPASSIONATE BARTLET CAN'T LEAVE DEADLY OKLAHOMA TORNADO RECOVERY -- Josh (Bradley Whitford) fears the worst after a political miscalculation costs the Democrats dearly as the President (Martin Sheen) is pre-occupied with a killer tornado in Oklahoma and flies there to lend his support but his compassion overrules good judgment and he stays longer than planned. Meanwhile, a worried Leo (John Spencer) has several crises back home that need the president's immediate attention.
