TEXT MESSAGE CHARITY DONATION FAQ'S

All of the following procedures are subject to change at the sole discretion of NBC. How can I donate to the final celebrities' charities via text message?

Donating is simple and easy. In order to make a donation via text message, you must:

• Provide your own wireless device capable of two-way messaging.
• Be a wireless service subscriber with text messaging service.
• Use a participating service provider/carrier, which are: Verizon Wireless, ATT, Sprint, Nextel, US Cellular and Virgin.

To donate, simply text "Trump" to 30101 during the Donation Period (defined below), as many times as you would like. You will receive a confirmation message for your valid donation. Your service provider will charge $1 to your account for each text message sent. Standard text message rates may also be charged by your service provider/carrier. All $1 donations made via text message during the Donation Period will be aggregated, and half of the proceeds (less any applicable sales taxes incurred by your service provider) will be donated to the Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network, and half of the proceeds will be donated to the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund. Certain restrictions on the number of text messages that you can send may apply, check with your carrier for more details.

What is the Donation Period?
The Donation Period will begin at 8:00 PM Eastern (5:00 PM Pacific) Thursday March 27th, and end at midnight Eastern (9 p.m. Pacific) Thursday, April 10th.

Can anyone donate?
In order to donate, you must be at least 18 years old and call from the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, or Puerto Rico.

Is my donation tax deductible?
Although both FAAN and the Intrepid Fallen Heroes Fund are registered 501(c)(3) charities, to reduce the administrative costs with respect to relatively small donations and to get the maximum amount to the charities, we have elected not to set this program up as a charitable organization. If you would like to make a larger, tax deductible donation to either charity, we encourage you to contact them directly.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF MESSAGES OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO DONATE OR MAY RESULT IN A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF DONATIONS SUCH THAT AN INDIVIDUAL'S DONATION(S) ARE NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO BE COUNTED. ADMINISTRATORS ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE SHOULD ANY VOTE NOT BE RECEIVED DUE TO SUCH DELAYS.
