This week is also Tara's birthday, and it's very obvious that no matter what age Tara may be, she will always be young at heart -- and what better way to be young than with a water fight. Thus, before hitting the gym for some more intense workouts, Tara, Mike, Blaine and Mandy take a hike together and end up soaked. They chase each other, dance together, and pour water over one another until they finally reach the gym, and while they try to get serious, the jokes and laughter continue throughout their workouts, well at least until Bob and Jillian show up. But Tara isn't the only one that has been dancing around, Damien point out to Bob that Kristin is always outside, smiling and doing the Bob dance. However, amidst losing the jump rope challenge after almost two and a half hours, Kristin can't waste too much energy on the Bob dance anymore as she tried to get up from the couch and falls back laughing and saying, "I have never had so many places in my body have cramps."

WEEK 3
>> January 27, 4:49 PMThis week is also Tara's birthday, and it's very obvious that no matter what age Tara may be, she will always be young at heart -- and what better way to be young than with a water fight. However, amidst losing the jump rope challenge after almost two and a half hours, Kristin can't waste too much energy on the Bob dance anymore as she tried to get up from the couch and falls back laughing and saying, "I have never had so many places in my body have cramps."
WEEK 2
>> January 22, 4:26 PMAfter witnessing a food dump that shows them what they have all been putting in their bodies over the years, and in such massive amounts, everyone is in complete shock. Ron for example ate fast food that resulted in 559,000 calories in a year, and Tara ate her favorite Italian mean so much that it resulted in 3,961,620 calories a year, also amounting to 194 pounds of carbohydrates and 343 pounds of fat. Others such as Filipe are able to witness what they ate in the food dump and openly admit to their faults of the past. After looking at himself on the screen and witnessing the 1,045,200 calories of fried chicken he consumed in one year, Filipe says, "It looks disgusting, just that I was joking about it. I always looked at being fat as a joke...I used to sneak out and buy chicken without my wife knowing. Character is what you do when nobody is looking." Mike on the other had is able to witness the amount of soda he consumed from the 1,677,000 calories, 146 pounds of fat, and 522 pounds of carbohydrates of fast food he ate, stating that, "I knew it was bad for me...I was turning into drive-thrus out of habit." While some have the opportunity to learn and witness what they ate, Helen learns the cost of it all, as Ali dumps cash over the food and tells her she had an annual cost of $15,600 in eating out.
Before a workout, Kristin says, "When you're on the treadmill watching the other people go, it just builds up that fear of, 'Oh my God what is he going to do to me'? We should get t-shirts made up, I survived 20 last chance workouts and all I got was this stupid t-shirt." Jillian and Blaine enjoy a moment together outside of workout as Blaine shows Jillian a picture of his soon to be born baby and tells her, "We thought about naming him (if it is a girl) Jillian, but we thought about how much he would get beat up." Jillian congratulates him and says, "It's pink...Look, he's as big as your head." However, during workout Jillian is quick to let Blaine know that, "It's not happy hour...", giving him a workout in which he is left whining, grunting, screaming, and sweating. After the workouts this week, Blaine is left to tell his teammates, says it best as he tells his teammates, "Last week I felt like I was going to die...this week I just wanted to die."

WEEK 1
>> January 20, 4:11 PMSeason 7 of The Biggest Loser has arrived and while singing, "We are family!", the contestants enter the gym where they're greeted by "Days of Our Lives" star, Alison Sweeney! Ali tells them that their first workout will be without the trainers. Some look confused, and others just make a joke out of it with phrases like, "I can feel the burn, that must mean it' working", and "I've fallen and I can't get up! ".
Little do the contestants know, Bob and Jillian are watching the workouts via hidden camera! Bob and Jillian eventually burst into the gym and are bombarded with hugs and after choosing their trainers, get ready to see the damage done to their bodies at the weigh-in. With a very emotional weigh-in, everyone knows they have their work cut out for them, because they all have seen that this season of the Biggest Loser has the heaviest contestants yet, and the sad part is that they are who comprise this season.
The following day they share stories of their food experiences and how much they used to eat, leaving Blaine to say, "I have two cheeseburgers and then I go home and my kids are like, come play with us. I'm like in a coma..." and then admit to eating four when confronted by Filipe. Bob and Jillian later arrive on campus for the contestants' very first workout with their trainer. After experiencing how hard it really is, the workouts leave some contestants like Estella to say to Jillian, "Remind me not to like you too much."
Throughout the week the workouts continue with the same intensity and the contestants also get some advice about nutrition from their trainers and the same comment is thrown around amongst everyone, "This is a lot harder than what it looks like on TV when watching it from our couch."
They also endure eye-opening experiences when they get the opportunity to see how they have abused their bodies over the years. With the use of an incredible MRI machine, Dr. H and Dr. Rola Saouaf, a world expert at reconstructing these MRI images and showing them in 3 dimensional views, the contestants are able to see the insides of their unhealthy bodies. The MRI images show them all the fat that has been accumulated within their bodies, along with the detrimental effects this has had on their organs and joints. Dr. H also gives each of the contestants their real biological age, in comparison to the age they actually are today. After this, the contestants are more ready than ever to get into shape and be healthy again.
The contestants also have their first Challenge on an LA bridge! Their mouths drop when they see the pile of sand, and after many falls and tumbles, the Black Team gets the victory. Another of many firsts includes the contestants' first "Last Chance Workout". Bob has his teams working very hard, separately training each member of each team until they can't sweat and grunt anymore. Jillian does the same and after another intense workout, Jillian addresses her entire team, "You guys are not going to wake up one morning and the glass is going to be half full. Life doesn't work that way... Maybe you guys are afraid of how great you really are. Think about that, now it's time for you to thrive." After Shannon, Sione, Laura, Aubrey, Cathy, Nicole, Dave, Carla and Estella will be going home for 30 days because of the shocking news Ali reveals at the weigh-in, the nine remaining contestants know they really do have to thrive to get them back.
Reality has set in over this first week, and the jokes are over with because now it's time to get down to business in order to get their teammates back.
