Seth's Q and A
Congratulations, Seth! You were incredibly focused once you returned home from the ranch for the five months before the finale. How did you summon that level of commitment on a daily basis without your teammates or Bob and Jillian? How would you advise someone who has to do this on their own, without that kind of support?
Answer: This experience has been more of a life change than a contest for me. When Jillian spoke, I listened and internalized the info. When I had gone home as a finalist, I acutally got to use and put into effect what I had truly learned. In essence, I became my own competition, constantly trying to improve and take myself to new heights.
