You made it very far in The Apprentice. What was your strategy?
I didn't go into this with a "strategy." I just tried as hard as I could and did what I knew to do best. Sometimes I did great things, sometimes not. I just hoped that being myself and working hard would be what got me to the end.
It seemed like a couple of the guys weren't taking this task seriously. If you had it to do over again what could you have done to make them focus on winning?
I don't think Tarek and Lee respected me as a leader from the very beginning. I am a very passionate person, and I show my emotions more than I should. They may have viewed this as a form of weakness. If I had their respect from the beginning, they would have wanted to work harder for me and our team on this task. Short of being male, I don't think there was much I could do to make them focus.
If you could say anything to your former teammates right now what would you say?
Good luck, and I'm so glad I had the opportunity to work with each one of you.
What's the best thing and the worst thing about being on The Apprentice?
The whole entire thing was absolutely amazing! If I HAD to say a "worst" thing, I guess I would say lack of sleep, food and exercise. It sure can make for some intense moments!
Who should we be looking out for in the weeks ahead? Both in a good way and maybe not such a good way.
Sean and Roxanne are also ones to watch - they both seem like very strong candidates, each with one win under their belt, and they haven't ruffled many feathers.
Lets say you were coaching the next set of contestants for The Apprentice. What would your advice be? High profile or stay under the radar?
As cliché as it is, my only advice is to be yourself, and never compromise yourself or your values. Everyone is different, and no one is in a position to give advice because there is no "right way."
What's next for you?
I am a very spontaneous and adventurous person and I love new challenges, so/The_Apprentice_5. who knows? I am always listening to new ideas to see if anything sparks my interest. However, I absolutely love the different aspects of real estate. In fact, I am launching a referral network that puts people in touch with realtors, and I'm looking forward to seeing it take off!
