People sometimes have a hard time staying focused, especially in the face of business crises. Focus on the solution to your problem at all times. If you dwell only on the problems, you might miss some opportunities that could help your momentum to get moving in the right direction. There are solutions to problems, sometimes problems themselves can lead us to bigger and better things. Be realistic but remain optimistic. That's important for your focus as well-who wants to dwell on the negatives all the time? That will take your focus away from moving forward. Focus on the possibilities instead, and don't give up.
