Celebrity Guest: Wayne Knight
Wayne Knight grew up in Cartersville, Georgia and later attended the University of Georgia where he studied Theatre. He later left college to pursue his career at the Barter Theatre in Virginia. Years later, he took his first role on Broadway.
Knight later went on to score roles in such prominent movies as JFK, Dirty Dancing, Basic Instinct and Jurassic Park. He would later earn a role in one of the most popular television shows of all times, Seinfeld, as the annoying neighbor, Newman. During this time of his life, Knight embarked on a journey to save his life. After being diagnosed with being morbidly obese, Knight lost a total 117 pounds through diet and exercise. He stays busy with voice-over roles for popular cartoons featured on Nickelodeon, Kids' WB, Toon Disney, and Disney Channel and can be seen in season three's BBC series, Extras.
