No purchase necessary to enter or receive a prize. The Biggest Loser Fan Favorite Challenge Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) begins at 9:00:00 a.m. PT on April 16, 2007 and ends at 12:00 NOON PT on July 2, 2007 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). All times in this Sweepstakes refer to Pacific Time. 1. SPONSOR. NBC Universal, Inc., 30 Rockefeller Plaza, New York, New York 10112 (the “Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal US residents physically residing in one of the forty-eight (48) continental United States and DC (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands and other United States territories) who are 18 years of age or older as of April 16, 2007. Employees of Sponsor and its parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and any other entity involved in the development or administration of the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (parent, child, spouse, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each, whether or not related, are not eligible to participate or win in the Sweepstakes. Entries must be received by the time stated below to be eligible. Sweepstakes subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited or restricted by law

3. HOW TO ENTER. During the Sweepstakes Period, 1) go to www.nbc.com/Summer/sweeps click on the Sweepstakes banner, 2) view the posted videos of five (5) past challenges from The Biggest Loser, 3) vote for your favorite The Biggest Loser past challenge from among these five (5) past challenges posted by Sponsor, 4) check the Sweepstakes box link to enter, and 5) complete the official online entry form which includes your full name, complete address, day time telephone number, date of birth and valid e-mail address and submit the entry. Voters will automatically be entered into a random Sweepstakes drawing. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by entrant’s online carrier will apply. One entry per person or email address only throughout the entire Sweepstakes Period. Entries generated by a script, macro or other automated means will be disqualified. Entries that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, or otherwise misdirected entries or transactions that are processed late or incorrectly or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned. ALL ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE END OF THE SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: 12:00 NOON PT, JULY 2, 2007.

4. PRIZES. On or about July 3, 2007, employees or representatives of Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding, will conduct a random drawing to select one potential (1) Grand Prize Winner from all eligible online entries received during the Sweepstakes Period. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will award to the winner of the Grand Prize Drawing one (1) Grand Prize as follows: 1) A trip for two (2) to Los Angeles, California (the “Trip”) to attend the Fall 2007 season finale of The Biggest Loser tentatively scheduled for sometime in November or December 2007 (the “Season Finale”); 2) a one (1) year trial membership to the online The Biggest Loser Club; 3) a (_1_) year trial membership to a 24-Hour Fitness location nearest the Grand Prize Winner’s residence; and 4) a The Biggest Loser cookbook and DVD. The Trip includes 1) round-trip coach class air transportation for Grand Prize Winner and a guest from major U.S. gateway airport nearest winner's residence (as determined by Sponsor) to one of the major gateway international airports nearest Los Angeles, California (as determined by Sponsor), 2) (1) day and (2) nights hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and 3) two (2) tickets for the Grand Prize Winner and their guest to attend the Season Finale. The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of the Grand Prize is $4,200. Actual value may vary depending on city of departure and dates of travel. The attendance at the Season Finale by the Grand Prize Winner and/or their guest has no cash value.

The Trip awarded to the Grand Prize Winner must be taken within dates provided by the Sponsor or that portion of the Grand Prize will be forfeited. Travel arrangements must be made through Sponsor’s agent, on a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Certain travel restrictions and black out dates may apply. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize winner’s place of residence. Grand Prize winner and travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date, and must have valid travel documents (e.g., valid government issued photo ID and/or passport) prior to departure, and failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Grand Prize Winner’s travel companion must be the age of majority in his or her state of residency or Grand Prize winner must be travel companion’s parent or legal guardian and must complete and return all releases on behalf of minor. Grand Prize Winner is solely responsible for all expenses and costs associated with acceptance and/or use of the Grand Prize not specifically stated herein as being awarded, including, without limitation, any and all federal, state and local taxes, travel from winner’s residence to and from airport, ground transportation (including, without limitation, all transportation between airport and hotel and the Season Finale), travel insurance, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline, meals, gratuities, and souvenirs. All prize details are at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If Grand Prize Winner cannot accept prize (or any portion thereof) as stated, prize will be forfeited and at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.

In the event that the tickets to the Season Finale are not available for any reason, then remaining elements of prize shall constitute full satisfaction of Sponsor’s prize obligation to Grand Prize Winner and no additional compensation will be awarded. No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize permitted (except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion), who reserves the right to substitute the Grand Prize (or any component thereof) with another of comparable or greater value. Once travel commences, no unscheduled stopovers are permitted; if an unscheduled stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Trip may not be combined with any other offer and travel may not qualify for frequent flyer miles. All travel and lodging will be at the risk of Grand Prize winner and travel companion. Travel companion must complete a travel guest liability/publicity release prior to the Trip, or this portion of the Grand Prize may be forfeited.

In the event that the winner does not live near a 24-Hour Fitness, they will receive a one-year membership to the closest gym with comparable annual fee , not to exceed $500. Use of membership at winner's sole risk.

5. WINNER NOTIFICATION/RELEASES. Grand Prize Winner will be notified by phone and/or email. Sponsor will make two (2) attempts to contact the Grand Prize Winner at the phone number or email address provided online within 72 hours from the time of the Grand Prize Winner’s selection. If Sponsor is unable to reach a potential Grand Prize Winner via phone or email within this time frame, he/she may be disqualified and an alternate may be selected, time permitting. Grand Prize Winner will be required to complete, sign, have notarized and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release ("Affidavit and Release") and a Publicity Release (unless prohibited by law) within seven (7) days of delivery. If the Affidavit and Release and the Publicity Release are not returned within such time period, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected at random from among all eligible non-winning entries received. If any prize notification communication or correspondence of any kind or any prize is returned as undeliverable, the corresponding prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting.

6. INTERNET. Due to the nature of television, the dates and times of the Season Finale are subject to change. If the Season Finale (or any portion thereof) is canceled for any reason or if for any reason this Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend all or any part of the Sweepstakes and the Grand Prize (or any portion thereof) may not be awarded; except that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to pick a winner in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received by Sponsor up until the time of such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension, as applicable. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries or for the inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, for any human or electronic error of any kind, including but not limited to the administration of this Sweepstakes and/or prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, cable, or other method of connecting to the Internet, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES OR OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR SUCH ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person 18 years of age or older who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, education institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.

7. RELEASE. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entrants who violate the rules or interfere with this Sweepstakes in any manner. If disqualified, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate entrant’s eligibility to participate in this Sweepstakes. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agencies, including advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and legal counsel, (collectively, the “Released Entities”) from any and all liability, claims, actions, injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from any entrant’s participation in this Sweepstakes or from their acceptance, use or misuse of any prize awarded hereunder. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of any winner. The value of each prize represents the Sponsor’s good faith determination of the maximum retail value thereof. For Form 1099 reporting purposes, each winner shall be bound by such good faith determination. By entering, entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

8. GENERAL. By entering this Sweepstakes and/or accepting prize, entrants and prize winners agree: (1) to be bound by these rules as well as the decisions of Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; (2) to release Sponsor from any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his/her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of the prize; and (3) to consent to the use of their names, voices, pictures and likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes in any medium throughout the world in perpetuity without notice or additional compensation unless prohibited by law. The failure of Sponsor to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, labor dispute, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force major event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. Except where prohibited, all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of New York, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the state of New York, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the state of New York. If any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Official Rules, or the breach of any term hereof, cannot be otherwise resolved, it shall be resolved by binding arbitration conducted in New York City, New York, and administered by JAMS in accordance with its Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures or subsequent versions thereof (the “JAMS Rules”). The JAMS Rules for selection of an arbitrator shall be followed, except that the arbitrator shall be an experienced arbitrator licensed to practice law in New York.
