Despite Carla's tough exterior, she's actually very kindhearted. She's even managed to bond with Dr. Kelso - a feat deemed impossible by other staffers. Currently dating Turk, Carla also has a fondness for Dr. Cox, but is unaware that his feelings are much stronger for her than friendship.
