Don't let that grandfatherly smile fool you. Most of the staffers think Dr. Kelso - Chief of Medicine - is sadistic and evil. And for the most part, he is. He can be encouraging and brutal; complimentary and cutting. That's the beauty of Dr. Kelso, you never know what he'll do or say next.
