SEASON 32: Matthew Fox
<< Previous Sketch | Next Sketch >>
Monologue: Matthew Fox
Matthew was close to hosting ten years ago. Before he was on "Lost" he was on "Party of Five." When Jennifer Love Hewitt and Nev Campbell hosted, and Scott Wolf was asked, Matthew thought he'd be next in line. But then "Party of Five" was cancelled and his chance for hosting was gone.

Dark times followed. Matthew wandered the streets at night, joined the merchant marines, drank a lot, and killed five men. But one night he was in a bar and ran into John Ratzenberger - Cliff from "Cheers." John told Matthew that there were a lot of great actors from famous shows who never got to host, even when the rest of the cast did, like Michael Richards from "Seinfeld."

Michael Richards jumps onto the stage and suggests that they host together. Matthew doesn't think it's a great time for Michael to be there, even though Michael thinks his infamous performance at the "Laugh Factory" got a great reaction.

Matthew gets rid of Michael and starts the show!
