You’re watching C-Span After Dark, original programming from your friends at C-Span. Tonight, it’s “Colin’s Place,” starring Colin and Michael Powell in a “Sanford and Son” style show.
As Colin rails against Donald Rumsfeld, he receives a visit from State Department employee David Vernon, who has come to enlist Colin’s help in building a coalition to stand up against Iran’s threats to build a nuclear weapon. Colin doesn’t want anything to do with this, and a visit from a sassy Conoleezza Rice fails to change his mind.
Son Michael tries to get his pop to reconsider, but Colin stubbornly refuses and finally throws David out of the house.
