Biography:
With her three appearances as an SNL host, Lindsay Lohan has proven herself popular with both fans and cast. All tabloid fodder aside, she has proven herself as an adept comedienne and a good sport about her sometimes rocky personal life.
Born in New York in 1986, Lindsay began her career as a child model and soon graduated to acting. After two success Disney remakes, she became a Hollywood "it" girl and soon broke through to the top with "Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen" and "Mean Girls," which was scripted by SNL head writer Tina Fey.
Along with also tackling the music world, she is also determined to shatter her starlet image with her first "serious" role in Robert Altman's "A Prairie Home Companion."
