Will Forte is in his sixth season on "Saturday Night Live."
Forte has appeared in many memorable sketches, most recently taking on the role of President George W. Bush. This past season, Forte showcased his singing talents as an unhinged "Fly High Duluth" band leader with a penchant for chugging Jack Daniels. He's created lasting characters in "The Falconer" - the once-successful executive who's mysteriously chosen to live in the woods with his faithful falcon, Donald - and the (very) soft-spoken politician, Tim Calhoun. Forte is also a regular on the show's recurring "Hardball" sketch as the ranting, vein-popping former Senator Zell Miller.
Forte comes to "SNL" from L.A.'s improv-sketch theater "The Groundlings" where "SNL" alum Chris Parnell and current castmate Maya Rudolph got their respective starts. Forte's experience has been predominantly behind the camera - serving as producer on "That 70's Show" and as story editor for "3rd Rock from the Sun" and "Action," as well as working as a writer for "Late Show with David Letterman" and the MTV Movie Awards and performing as the voice of "Abraham Lincoln" on the MTV animated series "Clone High."
He was recently seen in Broken Lizard's "Beerfest" for Warner Brothers and will next star in Sony Screen Gems' "The Brothers Solomon," which Forte also wrote. The film was directed by Bob Odenkirk and stars Will Arnett and fellow "SNL" castmates Kristen Wiig and Bill Hader.
