Jan Bardi  biography

 

1) You've performed inside the great pyramid of Giza. There has been much speculation that the pyramids contain strange energy, that perhaps they weren't built by the Egyptians at all. Did you feel anything "off" or mysterious when performing there?

This is a place like no other. Part of our shooting took place at night, against the backdrop of a wonderfully starlit sky. I remember being simply overwhelmed by its massive beauty. When the shooting was over, a feverish euphoria overtook our entire crew in a way we still don't fully comprehend to this day.

2) Do you believe in the reality of true physic phenomenon or is it all "just a trick"?

I'm an open minded seeker. It's hard to delineate where our normal reality - a wondrous realm of mystery in its own right - ends and where the beyond begins. My own activities are strictly intended as entertainment only.

3) What did you learn from your experience on the show? If you could do it again, would you do anything differently?

I'm undecided in this last regard. But the learning experience has been "phenomenal" - too broad to express in words actually. A big part of it is about what a dedicated, competent group can achieve in an incredibly short period in time.

4) Who do you think will be the ultimate Phenomenon?

The remaining group is a very balanced gang - they all have it in them.

5) What's next for you?

I'll be riding the wave - beautiful things are coming to fruition. Stay tuned.

6) You're from Belgium, so maybe you can let us in on a super Belge secret: how do they make their French fries so tasty? Is it magic?

It's on par with the act of creation - a feat of genius beyond your powers of understanding... :-)
