Executive Producers

Executive producing team Michael Agbabian and Dwight Smith return to NBC with the mystifying and intriguing new live competition show "Phenomenon."

Agbabian and Smith recently served as executive producers on NBC's musical competition show "Hit Me Baby One More Time," and as supervising producers on season two and three of NBC's popular reality series "Last Comic Standing" and the syndicated "Weakest Link." Additionally, the two served as co-executive producers on Bravo's reality sensation "Project Runway" for their reunion special.

Aside from their work with NBC, Agbabian and Smith recently served as co-executive producers for "Gameshow Marathon." Their extensive reality and competitive series background also includes "Happy Hour" for USA Network, "Test the Nation," "I've Got a Secret" and "Pajama Party."

Agbabian and Smith have an overall producing deal with Granada America, which produces "Phenomenon."
