Eligibility: The Tabloid Truth Challenge ("Promotion") is open only to persons who, at the time of entry are 18 years old, are legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia (excluding Puerto Rico, Guam and the US Virgin Islands), and are legally able to travel within the United States. Employees of L'Oréal USA, Inc., NBC Universal, Inc. ("NBCU"), the advertising and promotion agencies involved with this Promotion, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates and related companies, and immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of any of the above are not eligible to participate in the Promotion or win. For the purpose of these Official Rules, "immediate family member" means husband, wife, partner, mother, father, brother, sister, son and/or daughter, whether or not they reside in the same household. By entering the Promotion, participants are bound by and agree to these Official Rules. All federal, state, provincial, municipal and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law.

Sponsors/Administrator: The Sponsors of the Promotion are L'Oréal USA and NBCU (collectively, the "Sponsors").

Promotion Period: The Promotion begins at approximately 12:01 AM (ET) on October 10, 2006 and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on January 2, 2007 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Enter: To Enter, log onto the Tabloid Truth website ,www. passionstabloidtruth.com , (the "Site"), click on the "Tabloid Truth Challenge" and follow the instructions. New web-videos will be posted every Tuesday and Thursday for (12) twelve consecutive weeks, for a total of twenty four (24) total web videos. Go to the Site to watch weekly web-videos and find a specific clue for each web-video (total of (24) twenty-four clues over the period of (12) twelve weeks). Once the clue is found it will be entered into an evidence folder, and then the user can navigate into Virtual Harmony. In each Virtual Harmony location a user needs to find one (1) "hot spot" to click on to unlock a Virtual Harmony character. After the user has found a " hot spot" s", user may then register for the Promotion by entering your name, date of birth, mailing address, a valid daytime phone number, and a current email address. Users may enter the Promotion once per each web video, for a limit of twenty four (24) entries.

Conditions for Participation and Validation of Entries: Only twenty four entries per individual and household is allowed. Each entry must be submitted online. Entries generated by a script, macro, robotic or other automated means will be disqualified. USE OF COMPUTER PROGRAMS TO ENTER AND/OR OTHER AUTOMATIC ENTRY METHODS (SUCH AS HACKS OR BOTS), REGARDLESS OF METHOD OF ENTRY, IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify, block or discard any entries from any individual who enters by any kind of electronic, mechanical or other automated means or otherwise tampers with or hacks the entry process as determined by the Sponsors in their sole discretion. Sponsors also reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Internet, electronic or other portions of the Promotion in the event of a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical or system failure or disruption, force majeure or any other causes which, in their sole opinion, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the Promotion. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSORS RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND/OR DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. Please note, by entering, you agree that if selected as a Winner, Sponsors have the right (but not the obligation) to announce your name, home city, and state or province. Sponsors are not responsible for late, lost or incomplete entries, which will be disqualified.

Winner Selection: On or about January 2, 2007, the Administrator will select (1) one Grand Prize winner from all correct eligible entries and one hundred (100) First Prize winners from all remaining correct eligible entries in a random draw. The Administrator's and Sponsors' decisions will be final and binding in all matters related to this Promotion.

Prizes: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be awarded a Grand Prize consisting of the following: round trip coach class domestic air transportation for two from major airport nearest Grand Prize winner's home to Los Angeles metropolitan area; 3 days/2 nights hotel accommodations (single room, double occupancy) at a Los Angeles metropolitan area hotel; a day tour for the Grand Prize winner and one (1) guest of Harmony; lunch and meet and greet with Passions' talent (Passions talent to be determined by Sponsor in its'sole discretion); a Maybelline New York Make Over and a gift basket for Grand Prize Winner. Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is: [$2,500]. One hundred (100) First Prize winners will be awarded a First Prize consisting of the following: A Maybelline NY Superstay Lipstick and Garnier Fructis Brilliantine Shine Glossing Spray (Approximate Retail Value of all First Prizes is: $1,500). If the meet and greet with Passion talent or tour of Harmony is unavailable for any reason, then the remaining elements of the Grand Prize shall constitute Sponsor's full obligation to winner and no additional compensation shall be provided. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no substitutions will be permitted. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of prize unavailability. If a Winner cannot accept a prize as stated, or does not complete the prize documentation within seven (7) days of receipt of such documentation, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Limit one (1) prize per household. All federal, state, provincial and local taxes and other expenses and incidentals not specified herein are the sole responsibility of the Winners. Sponsors are responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Prize value may vary depending upon the actual cost of air transportation from point of departure and return at time of reservation. Travel subject to all applicable travel restrictions as outlined in prize notification letter, availability of services offered and other criteria. Sponsor has the right in its sole discretion to substitute ground transportation for air transportation depending on Grand Prize winner's place of residence. All expenses not expressly stated in the package description, including but not limited to, meals, ground transportation, travel from home to and from nearest airport, travel insurance, security and airport fees, taxes, insurance, gasoline or otherwise are the responsibility solely of Grand Prize winner. Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Grand Prize winner is responsible for all taxes, surcharges and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on prize, and for any ground transportation, meals, gratuities, travel upgrades, personal incidentals, and any other expenses not specified herein. Grand Prize winner and respective travel companion must travel together on the same itinerary, including the same departure date, destination and return date, and must have valid travel documents (i.e., valid photo ID) prior to departure, failure to do so will result in forfeiture of prize. Once travel commences, no stopovers are permitted; if stopover occurs, full fare will be charged from stopover point for the remaining segments, including return, of the trip. The Sponsor is not liable for any expenses incurred as a consequence of flight cancellation/delay. Grand Prize winner's travel companion (or winner as parent/legal guardian if travel companion is a minor in his her state of residence) must execute a Release of Liability/Publicity Release (except where prohibited by law) prior to departure. Finalist and Winner Notification: Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or phone. If Sponsors are unable to reach a potential Winner within seven (7) seven, he/she will be disqualified and an alternate will be selected. The potential Winner will be required to execute and return a notarized affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity release (where legal) within seven (7) days of attempted notification. If the potential Winner cannot be contacted or fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility/release of liability and publicity release within the required time period (if required), the potential Winner (as applicable) forfeits prize.. If a prize is returned as undeliverable, the potential Winner forfeits prize. In the event that the potential Winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsors will award the prize to an alternate Winner (selected from among all eligible entries received). Odds of winning a prize depend on number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

General Conditions:

a. By entering, entrants fully and unconditionally agree and accept to be bound by these complete Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsors and Administrator, which shall be final and binding. Sponsors have the right to modify these rules in their sole discretion for clarification purposes, or otherwise, without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Promotion.

b. Personal information collected and used for the purpose of this Promotion will not be provided to any third party other than as provided for in these Official Rules. Sponsors and any third party agents of the Sponsors will use personal information only for purposes related to this Promotion and will be required to protect all personal information in a manner that is consistent with NBC Privacy Policy available at: /privacy.html, Privacy Policy shall apply to all eligible entrants who are legal residents of the United States.

c. Entrants enter at their own risk. Sponsors affiliates, subsidiaries, related companies, advertising and promotional agencies are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incorrect, incomplete, ineligible or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, software program, network, Internet or computer failures or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission of any entry or response; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Sponsors that may cause the Promotion to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize, or from participation in the Promotion; or (vi) any printing or typographical error or other error in any materials associated with these Official Rules or the Promotion generally or any error associated with the administration of the Promotion and the awarding of Prizes. Entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Promotion and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and release Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates from any such liability. Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, parents, subsidiaries and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Promotion. p> PLEASE NOTE THAT A HIGH VOLUME OF ENTRIES ONLINE OR TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES WITH THE SYSTEM MAY RESULT IN TEMPORARY INABILITY TO ENTER THE PROMOTION OR A DELAY IN THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES SUCH THAT YOUR ENTRY IS NOT RECEIVED IN TIME TO PARTICIPATE. d. Sponsors may prohibit any entrant or potential entrant from participating in the Promotion, if, as decided in the sole discretion of Sponsors, such person shows a disregard for these Official Rules, or acts (1) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrant, or Sponsors or any of their agents or representatives; or (2) in any other disruptive manner.

e. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder will be deemed to be the entrant. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Service Provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential Winner may be required to provide Sponsors with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

f. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participants and Sponsors in connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of New York. Sponsors' and Administrator's decisions as to all matters related to the administration of the Promotion and selection of the prize Winners are final and binding.

g. All intellectual property, including but not limited to trade-marks, trade names, logos, designs, promotional materials, web pages, source code, drawings, illustrations, logos, slogans and representations are owned by Sponsors and/or their affiliates. All rights are reserved. Unauthorized copying or use of any copyrighted material or intellectual property without the express written consent of its owner is strictly prohibited.
