Katherine finally admits to Sheridan that she is her mother. Sheridan is sympathetic to the suffering her mom went through at the hands of Alistair. Her desire to be close to Katherine drives a wedge between her and Luis, who is still angry that Kat ran off with Martin all those years ago (someone knows how to hold a grudge!). One night, Sheridan sleepwalks and nearly chokes Katherine to death while reliving a memory of killing someone. The tortured heiress fears she may have stabbed her mother when she was a child, but Katherine quickly proves her wrong.
