James Stevenson as Jared Casey
Newcomer James Stevenson plays the newly created role of Jared Casey. Jared, both charming and brash, came to Harmony and quickly developed feelings for Theresa Lopez-Fitzgerald. He then found himself in the middle of one the show's most popular love triangles, caught between Theresa, Gwen and Ethan.

Stevenson grew up on a small horse farm in Tolland, Conn. and spent three years working at a local garage in his hometown. He then moved to New York City where he performed in many local stage productions as well as guest-starred in an episode of ABC's "Hope & Faith."

In 2005, Stevenson starred as "Hank," the sexy lead singer of the nouvelle-punk band 'Modern Man', who had come to a crossroads in his personal and professional world, in the UPN drama "Sex, Love & Secrets." This was his first series television role.

Even though this is Stevenson's first role in daytime, he's no stranger to the genre. He's currently dating Nadia Bjorlin (formerly "Chloe Lane") of NBC's "Days of our Lives."

In addition to acting, he enjoys playing guitar, cars, all types of music and hanging out with his friends. His birthday is March 25.
