Antonio Lopez-Fitzgerald lived by the name Brian O'Leary after he mysteriously left Harmony and his family many years ago. He set up residence on the island of St. Lisa, where he was involved in a relationship with Liz Sanbourne. While on his fishing boat, Antonio rescued Sheridan Crane, who was suffering from amnesia, from the ocean and fell in love at first sight. He has since returned to Harmony, where he was reunited with his family. Antonio is married to Sheridan, despite her love for his brother Luis.
