Scott Satin
Executive Producer
As a television writer, executive producer and director with credits spanning over 15 years, Scott Satin brings his wealth of creative experience to the next evolution of NBC's successful "Outrageous Moments" franchise, "Most Outrageous Moments."
Satin has produced numerous reality game and talk shows, including "Outback Jack" for TBS and "Extreme Gong" (154 live versions of the classic "Gong Show") for The Game Show Network. Satin also wrote and executive produced NBC's "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?" and "Meet My Folks." "Who Wants to Marry My Dad?" was the number one show in the country the week of its romantic season finale. Satin also wrote and executive produced "Outrageous Celebrity Look-a-Like Behavior Caught on Tape" and was a writer/producer on "The Keenan Ivory Wayans" show, both for FOX.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, Satin has worked in television since the late eighties. His versatility as both a writer and producer led to one of his first jobs on "Square One TV-Mathnet," a half-hour youth-oriented series for the Children's Television Workshop. Later, Satin wrote questions and jokes for the stars on "Hollywood Squares." Satin then moved to a writing gig for producer Dick Clark's game show "The Challengers." In 1996-97, Satin became a producer-writer for "Big Deal," a primetime FOX series, as well as "In the Swing of Things," a weekly golf magazine show for FOX Sports.
In addition, Satin was an executive producer with Rotor Communications where he was responsible for numerous live-event interactive webcasts. More recently, Satin worked in development for TriStar Television Distribution before returning to his roots as an executive producer and writer.
